Rising from the rugged Utah Valley floor enveloped by the breathtaking splendor of the surrounding mountains is the city of Orem. The majestic Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains line the city’s east side; Utah Lake and the Oquirrah Mountains border the west; Mount Nebo stands to the south; and Mount Timpanogos guards the north. The Utah Valley is known as the state’s Mountainland Region, and Orem and its sister city Provo, are the Valley’s two main cities. Orem has grown to include more than 80,000 residents. Needless to say, in the midst of nature’s bounty, Orem is a paradise for outdoor sporting enthusiasts. It also has a rich family environment, a growing economy, affordable housing and top-notch education. Nearly every home features a scenic view.
